Russia’s newly deployed Shahed-107 kamikaze drone has made its battlefield debut in Ukraine, but Kyiv claims it has already been intercepted. Ukrainian forces said the shootdown occurred on December 30, when the 47th “Magura” Brigade’s “Wild Hornets” air defence unit destroyed the drone mid-air using a low-cost Sting interceptor drone equipped with Hornet Vision thermal imaging.
