A couple and their 2-year-old twins are missing in Nepal floods
Among the 1,300 people missing in the Nepal floods are Jagannath Upadhyay’s family. His 30-year-old sister Tara, his brother-in-law and their two children have been out of contact for more than 24 hours, Upadhyay told CNN, as rescue efforts begin in the disaster-hit region.
