Cuban migrants and Cuban Americans gather at a Miami restaurant to celebrate the U.S. indictment of former Cuban President Raul Castro on murder charges.
The indictment, returned in federal court in Miami on April 23, charges Castro with one count of conspiracy to kill U.S. nationals, four counts of murder and two counts of destruction of aircraft, according to court records. Five other people are also named as defendants in the case.
