WHO: Ebola spread risk low globally, high in region | DW News
The World Health Organization said on Wednesday the risk of spread of the Ebola virus in Congo and Uganda is high at national and regional levels, but low at the global level. The WHO says the spread likely started two months ago before being declared last Friday, and is expected to continue to grow.
