Keisha Lance Bottoms says she’s ‘not taking anybody for granted’ in hotly contested GA governor race

After a decisive Democratic primary win in the race for Georgia governor, Keisha Lance Bottoms will face off in November against one of two MAGA Republicans: either Trump-backed Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones or healthcare executive Rick Jackson. Bottoms says voters in the key battleground state are looking for “someone who is going to stand up, push back against all of the craziness coming from the Trump White House.” But she says she’s “not taking anybody for granted.”
