IndiGo, Air India Cancel Middle-East Routes Amid Israel-Iran Conflict Escalation
Major Indian carriers IndiGo and Air India have suspended flights to and from the Middle East as the Israel-Iran conflict intensifies. The cancellations come amid widening hostilities, with reported attacks in parts of the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Jordan. Air India announced a complete suspension of its Middle East operations, while IndiGo cited passenger safety concerns. SpiceJet also warned of disruptions to Dubai flights due to regional airspace closures.
