He returned to India with ambitions of building a successful software business, but the journey did not go as planned.
The experience made him question what traditional business education was really preparing people for — and eventually led him back to education.
Today, Akhil works at the intersection of education, employability and entrepreneurship, focusing on the skills that help students move beyond academic qualifications and build successful careers. From starting with a single classroom to placing 17,000 students, his journey has been about understanding what young people need to thrive in the real world.
