Woman who accused Jay-Z of rape recants her claims
An anonymous woman who claimed rapper Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, sexually assaulted her now says her accusations were false and has apologized to the rapper and his family. CNN’s Elizabeth Wagmeister reports.
