Why some Black voters in Ohio STOPPED believing their vote MATTERS | The Deciding Vote

In the new MS NOW series “The Deciding Vote,” Eugene Daniels examines the frustrations, aspirations and political power of Black voters ahead of the midterms in three battleground Senate races. For the first installment, Daniels travels to Cleveland, Ohio, where data shows some of the largest erosion is happening among Black voters. He speaks with local advocates and voters on the ground to learn why they say they aren’t being motivated to head to the polls.
