Why are workers jackhammering the White House helipad?
Construction of a White House helipad – which is intended to accommodate a new model of Marine One – began in June. But over the past week, workers have been seen disassembling parts of it, raising questions about what’s going on with one of President Trump’s latest projects. CNN’s Betsy Klein reports.
