CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten runs the numbers on who’s getting the blame for higher gas prices, which hit a 4-year high of $4.39 a gallon Friday, That average is up 9 cents from Thursday’s average and up 33 cents in one week.

However, some experts are wondering why gas prices aren’t higher, considering the historic destruction of the world’s oil supply.
