US court bans mifepristone mail orders | DW News
A three-judge panel of the 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans ruled unanimously that the early pregnancy abortion medication mifepristone could not be mailed to patients. The ruling severely curtails abortion access across the country, not just in states where in-person abortion is restricted or banned.
