Ukraine’s allies have pledged to take Russian oil and gas off the global market as they try to disrupt Moscow’s biggest source of revenue. The leaders of Britain and Ukraine held talks with the so-called Coalition of the Willing in London. They also discussed using billions of frozen Russian assets to bolster Ukraine’s defenses.
