Trump Presses Zelenskyy to Step Aside
Bloomberg News White House Correspondent Catherine Lucey tells Bloomberg This Weekend that President Donald Trump is escalating pressure on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, calling for new leadership in Kyiv and demanding an end to Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil infrastructure. Speaking with hosts David Gura and Christina Ruffini, Lucey says Trump’s effort to lower diesel prices ahead of the US midterm elections risks further straining relations with Ukraine, even as analysts question whether the Russian fuel agreement will provide meaningful price relief.
