President Donald Trump on Monday called a proposal by Iran to end the war a “piece of garbage” that he didn’t bother fully reading.
Speaking from the Oval Office to reporters, Trump added that the ceasefire, which has already been tested in recent days, “is on life support.”
“It’s unbelievable weak. I would call it the weakest, after reading that piece of garbage they sent — I didn’t even bother finish reading it. I’m not going to waste my time reading it — I would say its one of the weakest right now. It’s on life support,” he said of Iran’s peace proposal.
