TCS CEO’s Statement On Nashik ‘Conversion’ Row: No POSH Complaints Received, Panel To Oversee Probe
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has strongly refuted claims that absconding accused Nida Khan was an HR Manager. In a statement by CEO & MD K. Krithivasan, TCS clarified that Nida Khan worked only as a Process Associate and held no leadership or recruitment responsibilities.The company also denied reports that its Nashik unit has been shut down, calling them “absolutely untrue.” TCS confirmed the unit continues to operate normally and a preliminary review found no complaints on its ethics or POSH channels.TCS has engaged external experts from Deloitte and Trilegal to assist an internal investigation led by President & COO Aarthi Subramanian.Nida Khan has reportedly been suspended and has approached the court seeking anticipatory bail.
