Supreme Court’s Big Order To CBI, ED On Rahul Gandhi Assets Case, ‘Don’t Proceed…’ | Details


The Supreme Court has stepped in over the disproportionate-assets allegations involving Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, putting the Allahabad High Court proceedings on hold for now. A bench led by Chief Justice Surya Kant has also restrained the CBI and ED from submitting any probe report to the High Court under the earlier directions. The case stems from allegations that Gandhi possesses assets disproportionate to his known sources of income, which the probe agencies had been asked to verify. Watch.
