Spain celebrates World Cup win with victory parade #shorts
Crowds gathered in Madrid on Monday to welcome the Spanish men’s national team and celebrate their 1-0 victory over Argentina in the 2026 FIFA World Cup final.
Fans wore red and yellow — the colors of Spain’s flag — and Spanish soccer jerseys, as the players waved and danced from an open-top bus that wound through the city’s streets.
Spain’s national team, nicknamed La Roja, is celebrating its second World Cup championship. According to FIFA, Spain is the first nation ever to simultaneously hold the federation’s World Cup titles in men’s and women’s soccer.
The Spanish women’s national team won the World Cup in 2023; it will defend its title at the FIFA Women’s World Cup next year.
