Shein’s $100 Billion Valuation Falls to $26 Billion
Shein is heading toward a Hong Kong listing at a valuation of about $26.5 billion, roughly a quarter of its 2022 peak, after earlier efforts to list in New York and London ran into regulatory hurdles. Bloomberg News Consumer Finance Reporter Lisa Du is on Bloomberg This Weekend with hosts Christina Ruffini and Bailey Lipschultz and says the fast-fashion giant is pitching investors on expanding beyond its core brand by acquiring or partnering with other labels, even as geopolitical, regulatory and reputational risks weigh on its growth story.
