Russia’s president says strikes on Kyiv will pause for 72 hours. The announcement came as US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner arrived in Moscow to revive stalled peace efforts. They are also expected to travel to Kyiv for talks with Ukrainian officials.
