New information from Title IX probe in alleged Cornell gang rape case
CBS News New York has obtained documents from Cornell University’s Title IX investigation into the alleged 2024 gang rape at a fraternity party. According to those records, Jane Doe said she told the men that she was tired and didn’t want to continue, but instead of stopping, she claims she was encouraged to take more substances.
