Netflix has used generative AI in “roughly 300” of its titles
“Movies are being made by people who make movies,” Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos said in the company’s latest earnings call.
At the same time, he said generative AI has been used in about 300 Netflix titles, mostly in post-production.
“Keep in mind that in many of the cases, productions would have left out those key shots because they just wouldn’t have been able to afford them,” he added.
