Market Talk: ECB could rescue everyone but France
French borrowing costs have surged to 5%, fuelling fears of a new euro zone debt crisis. Carsten Brzeski from ING told Reuters the ECB could deploy its crisis-fighting tools to shield the rest of the euro zone, while leaving France out in the cold.
