Mamdani and Giuliani shake hands at 9/11 ceremony
New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani was seen shaking hands with former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who helmed the city during the 9/11 attacks, at a ceremony marking the 25th anniversary of the attacks. Recently, Giuliani said “it offends” him that Mamdani would attend the commemoration.
