Latest news on ICE plan to give agents electric shock gloves

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement plans to equip its agents with electric-shock gloves manufactured by Compliant Technologies, according to a Department of Homeland Security notice. Critics call the gloves overly aggressive and say they have the potential for abuse. CBS News’ Lesley Marin reports.
