Judge says Trump press ban likely violates First Amendment
A federal judge has ruled that the Trump administration must allow White House access to CNN, MS NOW and Politico, arguing that the ban violated the First Amendment. US District Judge Tim Kelly implemented a new short-term order to block the ban, as the previous order was set to expire. CNN’s Brian Stelter reports.
