Judge blocks Pentagon blacklist of Anthropic as supply chain risk
A federal judge in California ruled that the Pentagon’s effort to blacklist Anthropic earlier this year was illegal.
They found the Department of Defense violated the First Amendment by designating Anthropic a supply chain risk out of retaliation.
