In a report on the world of cryptocurrency money laundering, Alexander Browder says Russia’s activity stands out. “Most bad actors are using cryptocurrency which is already available,” Browder said, “But Russia has gone so far as to set up their own stable coin for sanctions evasion. And so, because it’s their own platform, they can use it however they like.”
