Inside the cases the Supreme Court will take up this term
The Supreme Court’s new term kicked off on Monday and the justices are expected to weigh in on issues from voting rights to gun control. The first case of this term examines whether federal law prevents state and local governments from holding oil companies liable in climate disputes.
