Hungary discloses Communist-era files | DW News
Hungary has made public secret police files from its Communist era in an online database. The historic move has been pushed by Prime Minister Peter Magyar. Former governments lacked the political will to open the archives. Up until now, only researchers and individuals who had been monitored, were able to access them.
