Hundreds missing as huge flash flood hits Nepal-China border
The death toll in Nepal has risen to at least 31 after a powerful flash flood struck near the country’s border with China, according to local police in Bagmati province. Hundreds more are missing. Nepal’s foreign minister said an earthquake triggered a landslide which blocked a river, causing the flash flood.
