Franklin CEO Says AI Payoff Remains Unclear
Franklin Templeton CEO Jenny Johnson says companies cannot afford to slow their adoption of AI even as questions persist about costs, governance and the eventual profitability of the technology. Johnson tells hosts of Bloomberg This Weekend David Gura and Christina Ruffini that Franklin has already seen productivity and sales gains from AI, while warning that the economics of increasingly capital-intensive AI companies remain uncertain.
