Fox News anchor Laura Ingraham was seated directly behind Anthony Fauci as he testified during a Capitol Hill hearing Wednesday. Republican Sen. Bernie Moreno used her as an example during the hearing of a person who was “shamed” over what she said about Covid-19. Fauci, who led the US government response to the Covid-19 pandemic, appeared after being subpoenaed by Sen. Rand Paul and invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, refusing to testify just minutes into the hearing.
