Former Olympian’s Lawyer: Reflecting Pool case was an ‘abuse’ of democracy


Trump is protesting a major reversal by his Justice Department after U.S. Attorney Jeannine Pirro moved to dismiss felony charges against ex-Olympian David Hearn. Hearn was accused of vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, but the DOJ concluded that it was damaged by a “botched” installation. Hearn’s lawyer, Norm Eisen, joins “The Weekend” for his first interview since the charges have been dropped.
