First impressions of Meta’s new camera-free Ray-Ban Audio glasses
Meta unveiled new AI-powered hardware at Meta Connect this week, including camera-free Ray-Ban Meta Audio glasses, a $1,299 VR device and an AI-powered Meta Charm. Meta’s AI smart glasses with cameras sparked privacy concerns, so these camera-free versions will have the audio functions of the original glasses, like the ability to play music and make calls, but with fewer implications for privacy.
