EU says ‘no’ to migrants in Ceuta

At an emergency meeting of EU ministers Spain confirmed that none of the 72,000 migrants that entered Ceuta made it to mainland Europe. 70,000 of the migrants have returned to Morocco according to Spanish authorities. Brussels says it is Spain’s responsibility to deal with the migrants who are still in Ceuta and are refusing to return to Morocco.
