CNN’s Jake Tapper explains that eligible men in the US will automatically be registered by the government for the draft instead of having to register in person. Tapper explains that the measure was actually signed into legislation last December but the rule is getting recent attention because the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs posted the rule today.
