Dr. Oz: MMR vaccine is not ‘lethal’
Dr. Mehmet Oz, the administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, said the MMR vaccine, a combined shot preventing measles, mumps and rubella, is “not a lethal vaccine” during an interview Sunday on CBS’ “Face the Nation.”
President Donald Trump has previously said there’s a possibility the combined MMR vaccine could be “quite lethal” and signed an executive order aiming to split the vaccine into three separate shots.
