Donald Trump okays a plan to keep TikTok alive in the US | DW News
After months of delays, Donald Trump says a deal to sell the US operations of social media app TikTok is done. The deal has yet to be confirmed by TikTok’s parent ByteDance or the Chinese authorities and there are many questions. Juliana Bouchaud, a senior analyst with Rhodium Group’s China Corporate Advisory practice, talks us through the deal.
