‘Completely UNPREDICTABLE!’: Maine man describes being threatened by ICE for observing their work

Bob Peck, a man who tried to witness and document the chaos of immigration raids in Portland, Maine was confronted and threatened by ICE. Peck was not arrested, but his lawsuit says the intimidation worked. He stopped following and observing ICE, and his lawyer says this is the first time a Maine legal observer has sued ICE officers under the Maine Civil Rights Act.
