Commerce Secretary Rajesh Agarwal addressed major exporters at the India-EFTA Prosperity Summit 2026, highlighting the opportunities available under the India-EFTA Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA).

The agreement is a trade pact between India and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA), whose members are Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland. The summit brings together government officials and industry leaders to discuss how Indian businesses can use the agreement to expand trade, exports, and economic ties with the four EFTA nations.

In his address, the Commerce Secretary spoke to exporters on the opportunities the TEPA opens up for the Indian economy.
