Colombian elections headed to a runoff | DW News
Colombians will have to wait for another round to decide their president. Right-wing outsider Abelardo de la Espriella edged out veteran leftist candidate Ivan Cepeda, but fell short of the votes needed for a first-round win. The second round is set to take place on June 21.
