Ceuta residents blame Spanish government for border breach | DW News
As the Spanish exclave of Ceuta returns to normal after more than 70,000 migrants arrived within days, residents are taking stock of what happened and who is responsible. Though the Spanish government blames criminal smuggling networks for the crisis, many in Ceuta have expressed anger at the Spanish government’s handling of the crisis, including the delayed military response. Some blame Morocco as well.
