Can a business get too big? This CEO says no
2PointZero CEO Samia Bouazza says running a large, diversified business comes down to strong leadership, disciplined governance and a focus on creating value for shareholders.
“There is no such thing that is too big when it’s well governed and well run,” Bouazza tells CNBC, adding that scale can become an opportunity when management stays focused.
Her advice to entrepreneurs is just as direct: don’t wait for the perfect moment. If an idea solves a real problem, do the diligence and “start now.”
