A tiny hinge part may be behind iPhone Duo screen failures
Apple’s first foldable phone, the iPhone Duo, hit store shelves last week to considerable lines and long wait times for preorders. But some customers who were lucky enough to get their hands on one of the $2,000 phones have been reporting an unfortunate problem: The inner screen of the phone can break, showing horizontal bright lines emanating from the phone’s hinge.
