A surge protector plugged into itself | Market Hang
The panel set out to find a way to reduce AI exposure and ended up back in the AI trade. Amy Wu Silverman of RBC calls it a surge protector plugged into itself. Kevin Mahn of Hennion & Walsh makes the case anyway: Constellation Energy signed a twenty year nuclear supply deal with Alphabet and a twenty year agreement with Microsoft to restart Three Mile Island, so if power is the bottleneck, own the people who generate it. Drew Pettit of Roundhill is not convinced the price leaves room to grow into. Plus the anti data center politics building into the midterms, and where it shows up first.
