Some UK students want colleges to drop Turnitin
Some college students aren’t happy about changes that plagiarism software Turnitin had previously proposed, which one university said “would have allowed it to use student submissions to train AI services.” Turnitin told CNN it has postponed any changes until September 2027 to discuss them with customers.
