Why we should shift focus to climate adaptation
The debate about climate change is over. We need to start talking about climate adaptation.
That’s the sentiment President Barack Obama shared with Craig Fugate, who led the Federal Emergency Management Agency from 2009-2017, in the wake of Superstorm Sandy.
