93-year-old saved from Spain floods on paddleboard | DW news
Emergency crews have turned to unusual methods in Spain as they rescue residents trapped by floodwaters. At least four people have died in the disaster, and thousands of homes and businesses have been damaged. The national weather agency says some areas experienced their highest recorded rainfall since 1987.
