Actor Naomi Ackie said she was excited to join “Clayface,” a DC comic-book film that embraced a bold genre approach, praising the creative freedom given to director James Watkins.
Watkins, who directed the film from a screenplay co-written by horror filmmaker Mike Flanagan, said the script drew him in with its strong character arc and body horror elements.
